At 56, one-time mega-model Christie Brinkley says she's in no hurry to find love again.

Given that she is the mother of 3 children 25, 15 and 12, which is a huge statement made People magazine.

Christie has been divorced in the past two years (most recently married to Peter Cook and prior to the sensational singer Billy Joel), but insists she has recovered well, courtesy of a "new way" to recover from the blue.

That however, remains a secret.

People will remember Christie as the leggy model who appeared in the extremely poplar video song 'Uptown Girl'.

She insists that despite her current job makes her a better mother and not at all abandoned their children.

"I'm a little door to get out of my parents and bring back the excitement from the first day back in my old life, she says.
